Angela will be discussing how to overcome social, emotional, and personal challenges to sustaining a healthy plant-based lifestyle. Because we are social creatures, the psychosocial challenges of being plant-based in a non-plant-based world are really important to address and overcome. She will also be leading a mindful meditation that you can practice on your own that supports your journey into plant-based eating!
She will also be discussing excerpts from her book and be available to answer questions.
